All other conditions shall remain the same. <br />Bidders shall incorporate the effects of these changes in the appropriate bid items included in this addendum and the <br />total of these bid items then add in the appropriate place on the bid form. <br />ADD AFTER SPECIAL SPECIFICATIONS: <br />'(ADD) DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY PERMIT <br />(ADD) Letter from Department of Environmental Quality dated July 12, 2007 <br />401 Water Quality Certification (12 pages) <br />CHANGES TO PROJECT PLAN SHEET(S): <br />SHEET 2 OF 11 In the profile left of manhole 18325 change "482 LF" to "250 LF" <br />SHEET 6 OF 11 In the project information area at the right edge of page where the title reads "LEGACY <br />INTERCEPTOR - ROYAL AVE TO TERRY ST". It should read "LEGAGY INTERCEPTOR <br />- PHASE II". <br />SHEET 9 OF 11 Clarification - The line indicating "Permanent Agricultural Fence" is obscured by the <br />delineated wetland shading.
