If my <br />de$criptions below don't make any sense, please feel free to give me a call and we can talk. Here goes: <br />1) On BJ u're transferring a total amount of $196,981 our of project 945322. Currently, this project only has a <br />balanc of $195,371. This also affects BJE 61788, because it is dependent upon this transfer. <br />Would you like to modify these amounts to match the current balance, or should I process the BJEs as is, and then you'll <br />clear up the difference with another BJE later? <br />2) On BJE 61794, you're moving $530 using account # 61735. This account doesn't have any appropriation available <br />because it is being held up by an encumbrance. Will this encumbrance be relieved (in other words, is this still the account <br />that you would like to use)?
