Owner agrees: j ` (a} to instal! all re uired public improvements at no cost to the Clty; (b) to pay actual ity costs incurred for plan review and processing, lnspectlon, materials testing, and other engineering services, alt of wh(cli will be billed a d payable monthly with final payment due prior to City's final acceptance of the completed improvements. - (c) to provid ethe ity a bond, which includes cone-year warranty period, in an amount sufficient to cover all engineering and construction`' costs associat with completion of the required public improvements. (d) to pay other c arges and levies for public Improvements, if required.Other charges may include, but are not limited to: t) penalty ch rges: in the event the property owner faits to make payment when due under this agreement, the property owner shall be charged a enaity in the amount of $25 or ten percent (1096) of the past due amount, whichever is greater.
