Hi Joe, <br /> <br />The funding for the Delta Ponds Bike/Ped Overpass comes from ODOT… the original contract w/ ODOT was for $2.88 m authorized under SAFETEA-LU. An additional $1m was pledged with Amendment <br />#1, also from SAFETEA-LU funds. Total cost of the project is estimated to be $4,798,000 with $3,880,000 in federal funding. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />This is a test project with ODOT. Tammy only recognized $776,000 of the grant per Mark's direction during supplemental budget #1 of this current fiscal year. Since most of the expenses <br />were going to be recognized in FY09 or later, the revenue will be recognized at that time. There are funds set aside in Fund 333 - Delta Ponds Bike Path, from the Transportation SDCs. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Hope this answers your question.
