The revenue account is required to specifically identify the proceeds <br />received from the grantor. The grant number is needed to account for expenditures chargeable against the grant. An <br />activity number may also be assigned, when the grant requires matching funds, or when project costs will include costs not <br />chargeable to the: grant. All project costs would be identified by the activity number, but only recoverable grant <br />expenditures would also be identified by grant number. <br />I have assigned the following distribution codes for the Roosevelt Blvd Pavement Project. <br />Grant Description: STP-U funding for the Roosevelt Blvd (Beltline Hwy to Chambers Connector) Pavement <br />Preservation project.
