It combines revenue and expenses in one <br /> location, and so long as you have all of your revenue and expenses up-to-date on the spreadsheet,that is your most <br /> reliable place to find your current balances. <br /> WebTots is based on fiscal year while the spreadsheet is based on calendar year.You would have to run multiple queries <br /> in both fiscal years to compile the calendar year information to arrive at your balances.
