GREEN Karleen M
From: RISDAL Lacey L
Sent: Tuesday, December 22, 2015 2:04 PM
To: GREEN Karleen M
Subject: FW: Reimbursement from EPF for Rasor Park addition
Karleen,
I need an AJE done to go along with the deposit of the $9,500 check from the Eugene Parks Foundation. Their donation
is intended to help with the purchase of parkland in Rasor Park. We bought the land initially out of the 324 fund, but we
don't want the donation in the bond fund. So we need to do an AJE to that moves$9,500 from the 324-9335-78000-
905121 account to 187-9335-78000-905121. This will move the expense to the fund where we will deposit the check.
Now....for the check, I believe you already have deposited it, but was waiting on an account code from me for the
turnover. So,you can put the $9,500 to 187-9335-47920(a general donations account).
Let me know if you have any questions about the deposit or the AJE.Thank you!
Lacey
From: RICHARDSON Philip S
Sent:Thursday, December 17, 2015 11:41 AM
To: RISDAL Lacey L<Lacey.L.Risdal@ci.eugene.or.us>
Subject: RE: Reimbursement from EPF for Rasor Park addition
Thanks Lacey, it's the last one on 12/8/15.The purchase price was$89,500, and the additional $727.80 would be
transaction (closing) costs.
I would really like to sit down with you and go over acquisition funding when you have maybe a%2 hr or less. I need to
put together several scenarios about how we might spend most or all of it before we go out for another money
measure. You have a crazy calendar, so knowing in advance a time that would work would be good.
Thanks,
-Philip
From: RISDAL Lacey L
Sent:Thursday, December 17, 2015 10:13 AM
To: RICHARDSON Philip S<Philip.S.Richardson@ci.eugene.or.us>
Subject: RE: Reimbursement from EPF for Rasor Park addition
Philip, it's not a problem at all! I'm happy to step into the process at any point. I have the check, and I can't deposit it
into the bond fund, which paid for the land. I need to deposit it into the 187 fund, and then move an equal amount of
expenses from the bond fund to the 187 fund. I just want to confirm if this land purchase was paid from the generic
"park land acquisition" project in 324? I think it must have been, since there is no specific project for Rasor park.
Within the parkland acquisition project, it looks like four different purchases. They only list the title company name, so I
can't tell which one is the razor park purchase. I have the following amounts as clues, do you know which one would be
the amount for the this park?
1
