Here is what needs to happen next: <br /> This week—process a JE for the van costs of$250.06(this is the $391.36 that Victoria had figured, minus the$141.30 <br /> final purchase that cleared on Grant 356 later in September)). <br /> Request that Tammy Smith make the following drawdown from the L10AC20366 funds: <br /> $26,448.82. <br /> That would be$6,448.82 from L10AC20366-0010-0000 (according to ASAP report from Tammy—all that remains) and <br /> $20,000 from L10AC20366-0012 (according to ASAP report from Tammy—all that remains). <br /> That would complete (draw down to zero)the L10AC20366 Project. This needs to occur Thurs, if not before, because I <br /> have to turn in a report Thurs at end of day. <br /> I'll come by to see you about this as well.
