"It's a win-win <br /> situation, so we need to find a way to do this." <br /> The idea first came up a few years ago, when Eugene parks <br /> officials were looking for a large site for a community park in <br /> Santa Clara, which has experienced heavy residential growth in <br /> the past decade. <br /> Eugene voters approved a $25 million bond in 1998 for park <br /> and open space acquisition.
