July 1 Meeting Agenda Items <br /> I <br /> Mr. Schoening convened the meeting at 9 a.m. <br /> 1. Approval of Minutes from April 22, 2003 <br /> Mr. Schoening noted two corrections to the minutes: the spelling of Ms. Boutell's name was <br /> corrected, and a reference by Mr. Medlin to prorated Public Works Engineering (PWE) budget <br /> should be Parks and Open Space (POS) budget. <br /> There being no other comments, Mr. Schoening deemed the minutes accepted as corrected. <br /> 2. Stormwater Program Review <br /> Mr. Schoening drew members' attention to a compilation of questions raised by councilors <br /> during a City Council work session and a schedule of events preceding the July 16, 2003 work <br /> session. He noted that councilors had requested information on an additional scenario that would <br /> cut rates by $2 million.
