Approval of Minutes from January 14, 2003 <br /> 2. Budget Committee Presentation - Stormwater Program Review <br /> 3. Stormwater Management Team Work Program <br /> 4. March 11 Meeting Agenda Items <br /> Mr. Schoening convened the meeting at 9:05 a.m. <br /> 1. Approval of Minutes from January 14, 2003 <br /> Mr. Schoening deemed the minutes approved by consensus, but noted new information was <br /> available regarding Lane County's option for complying with the NPDES Phase II permit <br /> requirements and suggested the group discuss that before it proceeded with the agenda. <br /> Mr. Corey said that while the SWPT had recommended that the City inform the County that it <br /> was not interested in the Rely on Another Entity option, the County appeared to be going in that <br /> direction. He said the City's concern and the SWPT's recommendation were based on past <br /> problems and suggested Mr. Schoening meet with county staff. He said if the County wanted to <br /> use the City's permit, there were obstacles that needed to be resolved. <br /> Mr. Medlin stated the County needed to understand the effect of past problems with <br /> collaboration, have an active physical role, and have buy in and a lead role in any partnership <br /> with the City. <br /> Stormwater Policy Team February 11,2003 Page 1 <br />
