rdt;')1 <br /> LICENSE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY <br /> In consideration of the Bureau of Land Management agreeing to conduct a prescribed burn on City of <br /> Eugene property at Willow Creek Park, located in the County of Lane, State of Oregon, The City of <br /> Eugene agrees to the following: <br /> 1. The City of Eugene hereby grants permission to the Bureau of Land Management, its agents, <br /> and employees to enter City property for the purpose of conducting a prescribed burn. <br /> 2. The City of Eugene agrees that it will not make any claim or institute any suit or action <br /> against the Bureau of Land Management, its employees, agents, or assigns, and shall <br /> indemnify the Bureau of Land Management and hold it harmless against any loss or damage <br /> from any claim arising out of damage to the Park arising out of the prescribed burn. <br /> 3.
