Considering POS position. <br /> Other discussion items: <br /> 1.0 -Tentative agreement that height of fence to be range of 5 to 7 feet <br /> 1.G -Tentative agreement with delayed timing on housing construction, assuming dates for completion of park <br /> improvements are modified accordingly. <br /> 2-Tentative agreement that assessments to be levied based on current configuration. If property transfer is deferred until <br /> following demolition of rental unit on future park property, alley assessments will occur as desired w/no special instructions <br /> required. <br /> 12 -Attentive agreement that Q has no responsibility to construct fence (remove"iron rod")take out"park property"and <br /> change to"final park." <br /> 13 -Tentative agreement that Q to quit existing sanitary easement. Existing 6"sanitary connection to Hilyard likely <br /> adequate-Gordon to check onto depth of sanitary and storm lines (storm thru existing connection at NW corner of park <br /> property).
