6. Easements. Eugene would grant easements to Arlie for continued use of existing unimproved <br /> roads. Eugene would grant an access easement of not less than 28 feet in width for any Arlie parcels <br /> landlocked as a result of the proposed sale. <br /> 7. Land Use. The parties would cooperate in complying with all applicable land use <br /> requirements in connection with any lot line adjustment deeds used to accomplish the proposed transfer <br /> including reserving minimum lot size requirements for all land retained by Arlie from which property is <br /> conveyed. <br /> 8. Naming.
