From time to <br /> tine. I have also observed froth in the channel and repellent <br /> yellowish--brown turbidity. Ali of these things seem to have <br /> grown worse within the last month, <br /> Although I have visited the park regularly for at least ten <br /> years. I never observed any such things before. not even in the <br /> depths of the. thicket that was removed during construction. <br /> I obtained a laboratory analysis 9f water from the creek ani <br /> enclose a copy for your Convenience. I collected the sample <br /> between the foot bridge at the south and of the developed part <br /> of the park and the point where effluent emerges ±rom the new <br /> conduit.'
