• <br /> A point that I did get clarification about is that prior to the dirt piles, apparently there were people <br /> actually camping on the lot. I didn't realize this and thought the camping he kept referring to was <br /> occurring on the perimeter streets as I have witnessed in recent months. His issue about wanting <br /> wildflowers on the entire site is that he thinks that campers will respect the wildflowers and not camp <br /> on the site. <br /> Tim, I told him I would have you try to work some appropriate barriers around the site to keep people <br /> from driving out on it once it is developed. <br /> The bottom line is he seems to have a lot of mistrust about how we are going to manage this site.
