It <br /> looks really ugly, as does all of that area of course. But he was especially <br /> unhappy that his attempts to get that strip cleaned up/spruced up have <br /> resulted in naught. I don't know with whom he had dealt, but he said he's <br /> been working on it for years &can't seem to get us or anyone else to do <br /> anything about it.
