Staff started <br /> moving on Friday, January 24, and expect to be fully moved by the end of the day on January 30. Offices now located <br /> ^n the 4th floor will be Accounts Payable, Analysis, Budget, Customer Receivable Services, Financial Reporting, Payroll, <br /> .rrchasing and Administration. The new address is 100 West 10th Ave., Suite 400. <br /> Although a minimal disruption of services is expected, customers are asked to be patient as staff gets unpacked and <br /> settled into the new office. For further information, please contact Cindi Hamm, Finance and Court Services Executive <br /> Director, at 682-5622. <br /> Tree Planted in Honor of Late County Commissioner and City Councilor Nancy Hayward <br /> On January 29, a Mount Fuji cherry tree was planted at <br /> Hays Memorial Tree Garden in honor of the late County .M1 <br /> Commissioner and City Councilor Nancy Hayward. <br /> The tree was donated by former Mayor Ruth Bascom ' <br /> and Joyce Holmes Benjamin, who wanted to recognize <br /> Hayward for her significant contributions to the <br /> community. Hayward's husband, Dick Hayward, was <br /> part of the planting ceremony. <br /> Hayward served on the Eugene City Council from 1962 <br /> to 1970. In 1970, she was elected as a County <br /> Commissioner and served in this capacity from 1970 to <br /> 1976. During her term as County Commissioner, <br /> Hayward helped establish Alton Baker Park and formed <br /> the first citizen advisory committee to oversee the park.
