Games, prizes, pizza, and other refreshments follow the dedication. The area <br /> neighborhood group meets at 7:15 p.m. in the park, with speakers discussing ways residents <br /> can get involved in Irwin Park and other Bethel-area parks. <br /> Based on input from neighborhood residents and City parks planners, Irwin Park's new <br /> design features expanses of grass, many new trees, new play equipment, a fully equipped <br /> shelter, an artfully designed Twister game, decorative lighting, new soccer and softball fields <br /> with bleachers, walking paths, and improved parking.
