At 10 a.m., volunteers will gather at Rasor Park to get gloves, buckets and
project instructions. Some volunteers will be recruited to ride bicycles with trailers to help haul
trash for disposal. The picnic and music by the Tomcats will start at 1 p.m. Everyone is
welcome to participate.
Benefits from this project include improved habitat for all aquatic and terrestrial critters
that depend on the Willamette River as well as an increased sense of community among the
volunteers who gather to participate in the effort.
For more information, contact Stream Team Coordinator Lorna Baldwin at 682-4850 or
e-mail lorna.j.baldwin@ci.eugene.or.us.
ti
