Unfortunately, this means your request for an
informal hearing would have needed to be made shortly after the regular business day opening the
morning of July 22, 2015; however, since the request needed to be routed to proper staff, your request for
informal hearing was accepted and processed.
An informal hearing was scheduled for Monday, July 27, 2015, 2:30 p.m. at Roosevelt Yard, 1820
Roosevelt Blvd, Eugene; this information was provided to you using your email address.
Later on the morning of July 27, you emailed staff suggesting the informal hearing be cancelled or
possibly held the morning of July 28. Staff telephoned you back and these points were agreed upon:
Staff will cancel the July 27, 2015 informal hearing set for 2:30 p.m. at Roosevelt Yard
Staff will not reschedule another date/time
Staff will submit your email to POS Director, Craig Carnagey, for decision making purposes
A decision letter will be mailed to you at 520 Willamette St, PO Box 12204, Eugene, 97440
I have reviewed the Notice of Restriction of Use, police report, and your email. Based upon that collective
information, please find this decision letter notification that I am affirming the Notice of Restriction
issued to you on July 20,2015; thereby the Notice of Restriction of Use remains in effect.
Please see the attached Parks and Open Space Division Director's Decision and Notice of Right to Appeal
for further information on appealing this decision.
Sincerely,e
Craig T Carnagey
POS Division Director
Enc.
cc: Eugene Police Department
Eugene Municipal Court
City of Eugene • 1820 Roosevelt Blvd. • Eugene, OR 97402 . 541-682-4800 • 541-682-4882 Fax
www.eugene-or.gov
