Please allow our human right to eight hours per day of sleep without interruption from police that causes us
to be permanently/temporarily displaced from public lands/buildings where we are not obstructing public events
by laying to rest so that we can work after that period of rest. Those eight hours are necessary for our health
according to the LCC physical education building propaganda about the subject. The people that are not
allowed in private buildings should still have the right to sleep and rest even when we lack money to acquire
some space in a camp ground, hotel, or other sleeping space in order to be healthy and fit for work and
school/care of family and self. I request that be allowable and not violate city council or park/public policies
and local laws.

Thank you, from, Martha Younger-Holroyd

P.S. Please direct this to the attention of those to whom it is relevant and to those that have to read it for
the removal or repeal of the restriction.

On Mon, Jul 27, 2015 at 6:40 AM, MATSLER Clara T <Clara.T.Matsler@ci.eugene.or.us> wrote:
Thank you Martha for the phone number and info about your availability.
