allowed to have the restriction cancelled or retracted/ revoked. Not only because I am a long term permanent
resident of Oregon and Eugene but also because I am a student that has been informed to use the Alton Baker
restrooms when I am en route between work, school, and other destinations as public toilets. Please do not
allow the police to revoke my/our right to access to public toilets and running water so as to trap us, the students
in this city, in tenement condition without water and electricity, especially when we are obligated to be off
campus. I am a credit student faced with a group that seek to restrict access to public lands and schools in a
manner some have called a criminal displacement of a citizen from the USA tantamount to civil war. As long as
US citizens, including myself, are denied the right to occupancy of the land within the boundaries of the USA
we are forced to seek refuge elsewhere, as in refugee camps, as if someone is doing war against us in such a
way as to displace us from home, school, and country (public places) is what I learned when the subject of
illegal occupancy of the USA came up recently. So please do not allow us, as citizens, to be displaced as if there
is a war against us and our right to occupy the country in which we are citizens being waged by issuance of
restrictions barring occupancy of public spaces, including Alton baker Park in this instance. I am a part of the
peace party that does not seek war, and chooses peace, harmony, equal rights, allegiance, justice, and liberty.
Thank you for your time in considering the hearing to contest notice of restriction at Alton Baker Park, case #
15-12770.

from, Martha Younger-Holroyd

3
