Each area
will be filled with sights, sounds, performances and interactive clinics. Participants can simply roll
through the event, or stop and enjoy live music, food and raffle prizes.
There will be traffic closures surrounding Broadway from noon to 4 p.m. but cars will be let
through at Washington, Jefferson and Oak streets. Volunteers will be at intersections assisting drivers
as well as encouraging participants on the route to ride safety and have fun. Motorists, including those
who are heading to the Lane County Fair on Sunday or heading downtown, are encouraged to give
themselves extra time to deal with detours and short delays.
Downtown Eugene Sunday Streets has something for everyone:

The NOW! Stage at Charnelton and Broadway will showcase a wide variety of Eugene talent

from Lady LaFleur and Friends Poetry Slam to Kore Fusion Belly Dance and Vincent the Invisible
Musician.

Get wet at the slip’n slide or dunk tank, both located at Monroe Park

At Kesey Plaza, EUGFUN is sponsoring live music from noon to 5 p.m. with Concrete Loveseat

performing from 3 to 5. At Monroe Park, performances include drumming and dancing with the West
African Cultural Arts Institute intermixed with sets from the North Eugene Ukulele Orchestra at
Monroe Park and a performance from 3 to 4 p.m. by the Steel Wool Band.

Enter to win a massage from A Healing Space by visiting destinations along the route and

completing the scavenger hunt. Do you know where you can take a selfie as a doughnut?

MECCA and St. Vincent De Paul are facilitating an upcycle T-shirt design competition in Kesey

Square and winners will be chosen both by celebrity judges and through Facebook.

Bike Friday and Arriving By Bike will be in the Monroe Park Activity Center giving test rides on

an array of specialty bikes.
