This work has become necessary as the School District commences <br />work on the new Roosevelt Middle School which will be placed over and by association disconnecting the existing water meter and <br />piping. <br />APPROVAL (Each approver should type their name into the form, along with the date they acknowledge <br />approval, then forward the document to the next approver.
