I got to the site at 10:30 and upon inspection saw that the post had been <br /> encased in concrete with no sleeve. After attempting to chip the remainder of the post out with no success I got a hold <br /> of Taunya and she walked me through the steps of pounding in a metal post. At noon as I was heading back to the yard <br /> for a post pounder, Mark called me and offered to come in to deal with the post, which I gladly accepted.
