The City's attorney has been reviewing this issue to verify all processes were <br />followed correctly and the tax dire is appropriate. After their review, we have adjusted how the back taxe <br />are allocated to the tenants. <br />Pursuant to Section 4.1 in the contract document, the lessee shall pay a prorata share of the operating <br />costs, including real estate taxes and assessments. The -pror to share is stated in this section to be 6.13 <br />for the contract years 2008 and 2009, and drops to 2.0% for years 2010 - 2014.
