Wait for up to 2 minutes while the network links your service with your phone. When <br />programming is complete, you will hear a confirmation message and the call will end automatically. <br />4. Power-cycle your device to complete over-the-air activation. <br /> <br />4G Devices <br />Follow these steps to complete over-the-air programming: <br />1. Power off the device. <br />2. Confirm that a SIM card is inserted into the device. <br />3. Power the device on. <br />4. Wait for up to 2 minutes while the network links your service with your phone.
