Construction is scheduled to begin in early <br />April on Garden Way (Harlow Road to Sisters Avenue), Mahlon Avenue (Garden Way to <br />Honeysuckle) and Willakenzie Road (Coburg Road to Bogart Lane) in north Eugene. The <br />reconstruction of Division Avenue (River Road to Beltline) and repaving Valley River Way are also <br />on the list for north Eugene. <br />In west Eugene, 18 Avenue (Josh Street to Bertelsen Road) is scheduled for repaving, as <br />th <br />are portions of Avalon Street (Echo Hollow Road to Juhl Street), Elizabeth Street (Knoop to Royal), <br />Juhl Street, and Knoop Avenue (Echo Hollow to Elizabeth). <br />In southwest Eugene, work is slated on portions of 25 Avenue (Hawkins to Brittany), City <br />th <br />View Street (28 to 29) and Timberline Drive (Warren to Wintercreek), as well as 19 Avenue <br />ththth <br />(Fillmore to Chambers), 22 Avenue (Fillmore to Chambers and Friendly to Polk), Fillmore Street <br />nd <br />(19 to 24 avenues), and Friendly Street (24 to 28 avenues). <br />ththth <br />In east Eugene, look for upcoming construction on 15 and 17 avenues (Fairmount to <br />thth <br />Agate). <br />In southeast Eugene, road repairs are scheduled on 39 Avenue (Willamette Street to <br />th <br />Densmore), Brae Burn Street (39 to Willamette), and 40 Avenue (Hilyard to Donald). <br />thth <br />Primary sources of funding for the street projects come from the 2012 voter-approved bond <br />measure to fix Eugene’s streets, Eugene’s local gas tax, and federal funds for the West 18 project. <br />th <br /> <br />Public Works Administration ● City of Eugene ● 101 E.
