0 <br />B. Terms and Conditions. In -Water Dog Training Permit holders shall: <br />(i) Utilize the City - issued parking placard only when conducting in- <br />water dog training. <br />(ii) Visibly display the City - issued parking placard on the driver's side <br />dash board at all times when engaged in in -water dog training activities. <br />(iii) Only conduct in -water dog training with licensed dogs. <br />(iv) Only conduct in -water dog training with dogs that have current <br />rabies vaccinations. <br />(v) Only conduct in -water dog training during the training season <br />(April 1— October 31) and only from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. <br />(vi) Park motor vehicles in accordance with the In -Water Dog Training <br />Parking Map and according to the following schedule: Monday through Friday <br />permitted parking is limited to the road inside the designated jogging path (see <br />map designation in orange); Saturday and Sunday permitted parking is limited <br />to the road outside the designated jogging path within the park boundaries (north <br />of the jogging path at the north end of ponds) or on Jessen Street. <br />(vii) Not use shock collars or powered launchers on Saturday or <br />Sunday. <br />(viii) Take dogs off -leash only during the in -water training activities. <br />(ix) Have no more than two dogs per trainer active in the ponds at the <br />same time. <br />(x) Keep all dogs not actively training in the water on -leash or secured <br />in a vehicle. <br />(xi) Give all bicyclists and pedestrians the right-of-way. <br />(xii) Reset and lock gates after entering the park. <br />(xiii) Be liable for any damages caused by the permit holder, the <br />holder's dog, guests or vehicle. <br />(xiv) Except as explicitly authorized by the In -Water Dog Training <br />Permit, comply with Section 1.050 (Pets) of the Park and Open Space Rules <br />(Administrative Order No. 58- 13- 01 -F). <br />Administrative Order - Page 3 of 4 <br />
