I have discussed this with Robert and we will be able to earmark the $21K out of PWA’s General Fund Budget. To close the loop on a question Robert asked, we confirmed the theft of the wire is not covered by Risk or any insurance, so it will need to come out of our operating budget. Let me know if you want me to process a BJE to move the $$ (Robert do you have a preference?).
