The project is in our capital project <br />list and the CIP for FY16, but Planning staff need some seed money to get started on the planning, so this project <br />authorization form is requesting only $20K in seed money, but the full project is $500K. The remaining $$ will be moved to <br />the project after July 1. When /if you approve, let Julie know and she will finish up the routing of the paperwork.
