The service Team members will need additional time between <br /> meetings to work on elements of the profile to speed up the process. Orientation (team) 2 hrs <br /> 3. System Map (team) 4 hrs <br /> 4. Mission & Operating Principles (team) 6 hrs <br /> 5. Strategic Issues Development (team) 4 to 6 hrs <br /> -SODA process, external trends and internal conditions <br /> Strategies, Objectives, & Work Activities (team) <br /> 6. Performance Measures (team) 4 hrs <br /> 7. Draft Review 2 hrs <br /> Total meeting hours: 24 hrs <br /> NOTE: The team leader will need to allocate more time for periodic review and preparation.
