CITY OF EUGENE SEALED PROPOSALS <br /> SURPLUS PROPERTY FOR LEASE <br /> The City of Eugene requests sealed proposals from qualified and responsive offerors for the lease of <br /> approximately 160 acres at Golden Gardens. The property will be leased to the highest scoring <br /> proposal according to the City's evaluation criteria. <br /> Listed below is the property available for lease, including tax lot/map numbers and addresses: <br /> • Approximately 160 acres of farmable land, located at Map No. 17- 04- 16 -00, Tax Lot No. 100, <br /> 300, & 500, immediately North of Jessen Street and South of Clear Lake Road <br /> Sealed proposals shall be submitted to the Purchasing Office, 100 West 10 Ave., Suite 400, Eugene, <br /> Oregon 97401, no later than 2:30 PM Pacific Time, Friday, September 7, 2012. Any proposal received <br /> after that time will not be accepted. To be considered for this lease, proposals must be submitted on the <br /> offer form provided by the Purchasing office. The City of Eugene reserves the right to reject any or all <br /> proposals if it is in the best interest of the City to do so. <br /> The property will be available for viewing by appointment only. Contact the Purchasing office to make <br /> an appointment. <br /> The surplus property is offered on an "as is /where is" basis. No guarantees of usability, or warranties are <br /> offered or implied.
