ODOT cannot consider <br /> disposal of the property until the fate of this controversial <br /> project is finally determined. Our Salem Design unit, Terry <br /> Wheeler, has been working with the City on their project and has <br /> indicated that the path can be accommodated by the Parkway design <br /> if it ever moves ahead. <br />
