DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, i.ghway Division, hereinafter called "State" and the CITY OF EUGENE, a municipal corporation E the State of Oregon, hereinafter called "City ". WITNESSETH: 'CITALS 1. City desires to have the right and license to use the land and airspace 'der State's bridge structure for the purpose of storing maintenance equipment and aterial being used on City's 7th Ave - Willamette River Park. 2. State is willing to grant City the right and license to use its property for - ,i.d purposes. NOW THEREFORE, the premises being in general as stated in the foregoing RECITALS, IT 3 AGREED by and between the parties hereto as follows: 1. State hereby grants City the right and license to use State's land, and the irspace under its bridge structure which land, hereinafter referred to as "premises ", s described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, or the purpose of storing maintenance equipment and material for City's 7th Ave. - illamette River Park, subject to the terms, provisions and restrictions hereinafter set Qrth. 2. State:specifically reserves the right to terminate or revoke at any time the fight and license herein granted upon 30 -days written notice to City and further, State eserves the right to terminate or revoke said right and license if City fails to comply atisfactorily with the provisions of this agreement within ten days after written notice s deposited in the United States mail, properly addressed to City, postage prepaid, .pecifying the provisions with which City has failed to comply. 3. City will at its expense install chain link fencing with redwood slats around
