Officer Bremer has been working downtown for many years and takes pride in his work <br />which includes both enforcement and solutions. <br /> <br />W will have to agree to disagree about Bremer. I've seen more inappropriate behavior out of Bremer over the years than <br />all of your other downtown officers combined. Frankly, I think he's a loose cannon with a Jekyll/Hyde complex, and I fear <br />that your trust of him will backfire on you at some point.
