<br />The Division Director shall schedule a, time and place for the infonnal hearing to be conducted, which shall be riot rnore than
<br />72 hours (exclusive of once kends] of receipt orthe request for hearing, At the infornial hearing the Division Director will only
<br />consider testimony from you., City personnel involve(] in the incident that resulted in this Notice, and other witnesses to the
<br />incident- The Di vision Director may exclude anyone, other than you and tho.w presenting testimony, ftorn the informal hearing.
