On Monday, November 3, 2014 at 11 :25 a.m. I received a telephone call from Susan Hughes <br />requesting a second informal hearing to appeal the park exclusion that occurred on October 22, <br />2014 [Case #14- 18303]. Ms. Hughes called my office from the cell phone of her sister, Amber Jade. <br />Jen Adams and Officer Randy Ellis were witnesses to the phone call. <br />At the time of the call, I scheduled a hearing for Ivls. Hughes with Craig Carnagey, Parks and <br />Open Space Division Director. The hearing was set for Wednesday, November 5 at 12:00 p.m. in the <br />Building 1 conference room at the PWM /POS offices at 1820 Roosevelt Blvd. At the time of our <br />conversation, Ms. Hughes requested that Jen Adams and Amber Jade attend the hearing with her on <br />the 5th. <br />Julie Schafer <br />Contract Administrator <br />City of Eugene PWNI /POS <br />
