The <br /> packet includes the March 2nd Council Agenda Summary, the <br /> draft ordinance and a fact sheet which was prepared by Eric. <br /> The cover letter simply introduces the packet, notifies that <br /> either Scott or I are available for questions or to meet with <br /> them and that the Public Hearing will be on April 6th. <br /> We just received the comments regarding the fact sheet from <br /> Jerry Lidz today and will be making some slight changes as a <br /> result of his comments and hope to mail out tomorrow. <br /> Our mailing list:: <br /> Organizations: <br /> Lane County Homebuilders Association <br /> Chamber of Commerce <br /> Neighborhood leaders Council <br /> Local Chapter of American Society of Landscape Architects <br /> Local Arborists <br /> -Arbor Excellence <br /> - Jonathan Bakke <br /> - Engelman's Tree Service <br /> -Expert Tree Service <br /> -L.J. This will <br /> be the second time we have met with this group in the last two <br /> months. <br /> I hope this was what you needed.
