Performance measures development: Facilitators lead the group through exercises to define <br /> performance indicators for core processes developed in the system map section, and <br /> four measures to assess the overall service performance. These include effectiveness, <br /> efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial (if applicable). The complete set of <br /> measures is the equivalent of an automobiles dashboard with each gauge giving only <br /> a small piece of the cars overall fitness. When all gauges are looked at as a complete <br /> set, the operator has a comprehensive picture of the service operation. These <br /> measures will allow the service team to collect, analyze, and act on information or <br /> data to better understand and improve their service. The service teams try to align <br /> their strategies with the City Council's whenever possible. <br /> We have received only one more survey since the November 26 meeting.
