These profiles were <br /> previously discussed at the September 30, 1996 Budget Committee meeting. <br /> Each Service Profile is preceded by a cover memo describing: the team members; a <br /> graphical summary of their evaluation of the process and product; the citizen <br /> review template; and, the name and phone number of the Service Lead and the <br /> analyst from the Service Improvement Team who staffed the project. <br /> The contact people are available to Budget Committee members if you want <br /> additional information about the service. These contact people are: <br /> Bob Schutz Community Arts & Services 682 -5087 <br /> Carol Brewster Eugene Celebration 682 -5215 <br /> Randy Wight Investigations 682 -5107 <br /> Four sections of the Service Profile: the Mission, Outcomes, Total System <br /> measures, and Strategies /Objectives are policy areas highlighted for Budget <br /> Committee review. To facilitate this discussion, we have also copied these policy <br /> areas onto a separate page that is placed after the Service Profile itself. <br /> At the January meeting, the Budget Committee will review these sections <br /> and: (1) adopt them, (2) recommend changes and adopt them by motion, <br /> and /or (3) identify and forward issues to the Council. <br /> Please feel free to contact me if I can be of additional assistance.
