Stakeholder /customer groups provide biases feedback. Focus groups elongate <br /> the process too much at a time we need to reallocate and /or decrease SIT resources. <br /> • Amend /adopt the proposed format for Citizen Review. <br /> • Adjust /adopt proposed modifications to the Service Profile process and product. <br /> • Review /comment on the criteria used to queue the remaining services. <br /> • <br /> • <br /> II -4 <br />
