Tentative Agenda
Service Leads Meet SISC
September 9, 1:30 -4:00 p.m.
Public Works Engineering NB Conference Room
Objective: To identify the roles and responsibilities of service leads, execs, the service
improvement team, and others after completion of a service profile document.
I. An SISC member will share assumptions with the group about the purpose and
"life" of a service profile: length of time in effect, who is affected, how reported on
to Council and in Budget Document.
II. Group reviews matrix of responsibilities and suggests additions to the "follow -up
activities" section.
III. Two Options:
1. Break large group into three smaller groups. Each group fills out matrix
and talks about the changes needed to permit each person /group to fulfill
the assignment. (After this step, each group reports to the large group
and then all groups come to agreement. Breaking into small groups
allows all participants to voice their opinion. It may take less time to
complete the matrix, however, that time will be taken by re- forming as a
large group and coming to agreement on the responsible parties.)
2. In large group, fill out the matrix and talk about changes needed to permit
each person /group to fulfill the assignment.
IV. What happens with results (group discussion).
