Pruning Techniques <br /> IDEAS FOR CHANGE: <br /> - Work with local utilities like EWEB and organizations like 4J <br /> - Educate the public about our changes in standards and practices <br /> - Regulate tree planting activities early - young trees <br /> - Pursue some inventory system - currently don't know what is <br /> - Go to local schools like U of 0 and LCC to get extra help to design training materials <br /> - Pursue grants to get more money.
