�ID 8 7 <br />4.832 Eugene Code 4.855 <br />4.832 Public Ways - Obstructing Vegetatio Prohi No owner or per- <br />son in charge of property shall allow vege on his or her <br />property or on the public way abutting his or her property to become a nuis- <br />ance as defined in section 6.010 of this code. <br />(Section 4.832 added by Ordinance No. 19393, enacted July 28, 1986.) <br />4.833 Foliage - Obstruct Vision at Intersection No owner or person in <br />charge of property shall plant, maintain or allow vegetation which <br />is higher than 18 inches above the crown of the adjacent roadway in that por- <br />tion of the right -of -way between the property line and the curb line within <br />35 feet from the intersection of curb lines, if extended, at any street, ave- <br />nue or highway intersection. This provision shall also apply within 15 feet <br />of the intersection of an alley with a street, avenue or highway right-of- <br />way. Where curbs do not exist, no such use of right-of -way shall be made <br />within 25 feet of the intersection of property lines if extended at the <br />street, avenue, or highway intersection. <br />(Section 4.833 added by Ordinance No. 19393, enacted July 28, 1986.) <br />
