May 12, 1986 <br />NUISANCE COMPLAINTS <br />Several City Departments receive nuisance type complaints from the public as <br />well as from fellow City Employees. Often there is confusion as to who is <br />handling what. Hopefully, the following matrix will reduce the degree of con- <br />fusion. Animals may <br />be disposed of at Tri - <br />Agency, 3970 W 1st, <br />free of charge, between <br />1:00 and 5:00 p.m. <br />phone 687 -3647 for <br />information. <br />Tri- Agency Animal Reg- <br />ulation will pick up <br />crippled domestic an- <br />imals i f .you notify <br />them at 687 -3645 or <br />687 -3646. Tri- Agency <br />has an agreement with <br />Animal Health at 2835 <br />Willamette, 345 -1544, <br />where crippled animals <br />may be taken during off <br />duty hours for emer- <br />gency care. <br />
