City code (section 6.515) specifies this area is actually your <br /> responsibility to maintain, even though City crews have mowed it in past <br /> years. Due to budget limitations, we are no longer able to provide this <br /> service to City property owners. <br /> Weeds and grass more than 10- inches high, which are growing on private pro- <br /> perty or in the public way abutting private property, are considered obnoxious <br /> vegetation. We urge you to mow it yourself or to hire a contractor to do the <br /> work for you.
