Box 1967 <br /> Eugene, OR 97440 <br /> RE: Invoice No. 95 -73 <br /> Dear Sir: <br /> As owner and responsible party of property located at the corner of Willagillespie Rd. and <br /> Country Club Rd., I object to the cost of the abatement charges for mowing this property. <br /> We mowed the property in May, 1995 after receiving a notice from the City of Eugene <br /> requiring mowing. Prior to the mowing by the City of Eugene on 8/21/95, we did not <br /> receive any notice from the City of Eugene that another mowing was required_ If a notice <br /> was mailed, «-e did not receive it. <br /> If given. the chance, we would much rather hire our own mower who charges 536.00 total, <br /> than pay the City of Eugene's exorbitant mowing bill. <br /> Approximately one half this property is public right of way and I feel the are taking care of <br /> more than our share of the mowing on this properly. <br /> Therefore.
