The employees were exposed <br /> to unguarded rotating parts and nip points. <br /> b) The supervisor of the victim allowed this employee to set her own work hours without any direct supervision <br /> while working on the fish trap. <br /> c) Employees with little to no experience were allowed to work from the fish trap.
